This seminar explores the rich world of Tudor portraiture, examining how artists captured power, identity, and symbolism in the courts of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. Participants will analyse Tudor art considering both artistic technique and political messaging.

During the 4 weeks of this course, participants will learn basic skills of using various mediums (charcoal, graphite, watercolor, acrylics and oils) to create wonderful still life artworks.
